A new service for water payments to the
Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District
or the
Fieldbrook Glendale Community Services District
Beginning February 14, 2011
Customers with established utility accounts can pay their bills online through this service.
Accepted methods of payment
The initial registration form will require the following information:
You will establish your own personal e-commerce user name and password, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please make sure your Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District or Fieldbrook Glendale Community Services District account number is entered exactly as on your bill, including all numbers and letters.
Once the account is established only your user name and password will be necessary to access your account in the future.
Fees for this service are .35¢ plus 3% of the payment amount.
