Reservations are subject to change or cancellation at any time, in the event the District needs so require.

  • Applicant agrees to be solely responsible for any and all injuries, damages and claims to persons or property arising out of its use of the District's facilities. Applicant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend District, its officers, agents and employees against any and all such injuries, damages and claims.
  • Applicant will be responsible for any Possessory Interest Tax that may result from use of District facilities.
