Draft Environmental Impact Report – Public Comment Period
The Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District (HBMWD) is accepting public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Samoa Peninsula Waterline Right-of-Way Maintenance Project.
The public review meeting was held on September 1, 2026. Members of the public, organizations, and public agencies may continue to submit written comments on the DEIR through the close of the public comment period.
PUBLIC COMMENT DEADLINE
Monday, October 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Comments must be received by HBMWD no later than the deadline above.
